1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders/consultation via our website. Our website is aimed exclusively at consumers. Medstudents advises people on a wide variety of application procedures for medical studies.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNERS, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION POSSIBILITIES
The purchase contract is concluded with MEDstudents.
The presentation of the services does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Descriptions of services on this website do not have the character of an assurance or guarantee.
You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
2.1 Ein Vertragsschluss, für eine Studienplatz-Beratung findet dann statt, wenn beide Vertragspartner zu einem Gespräch einwilligen und ein Termin vereinbart wird. Dies geschieht schriftlich per E-Mail.
3. VERTRAGSSPRACHE, VERTRAGSTEXTSPEICHERUNG

4. Bezahlung
Verbraucher können vor Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs aus den zur Verfügung stehenden Zahlungsarten wählen. Verbraucher werden über die zur Verfügung stehenden Zahlungsmittel auf einer gesonderten Informationsseite unterrichtet.
Werden Drittanbieter mit der Zahlungsabwicklung beauftragt, z.B. Paypal, gelten deren Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen.
Findet der Termin zur Studienberatung statt, wird der zu bezahlende Betrag in Rechnung gestellt. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt hat der Käufer 14 Tage Zeit, um das vereinbarte Geld auf das genannte Bankkonto zu überweisen.
5. Urheberrecht
Die E-Books unterliegen dem Urheber- und Leistungsschutzrecht. Jede vom Urheber- und Leistungsschutzrecht nicht zugelassene Nutzung und/oder Verwertung bedarf der vorherigen schriftlichen Zustimmung des Rechteinhabers. Dies gilt insbesondere für Vervielfältigung, Bearbeitung, Übersetzung, Einspeicherung, Verarbeitung bzw. Wiedergabe von Inhalten in elektronischen Medien und Systemen.
6. LIABILITY
We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents. In the event of
• injury to life, limb or health
• of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• of promises of guarantees, if agreed, or
• insofar as the area of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
Should there be a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the amount foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded Damage limited, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
